No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use Twilio solely as our message-delivery provider. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the service (message delivery, email, payment processing, and hosting), and when required by law.
Alert and notification records are retained as part of the permanent service record for each monitored property — that record is part of what the service provides. Contact information is kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward as required for business and legal purposes.
