Text messaging program

RGB Home Solutions sends text messages related to home monitoring: alerts (such as water detected, freeze risk, or a power issue at a monitored property), system and account notifications, and a one-time welcome message when monitoring is connected.

• Consent. You receive messages because you signed up for monitoring service and provided your mobile number, or because a customer asked us to add you as an alert contact for their property. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies with alert activity at the monitored property. Most months that means very few messages; during an active alert you may receive several.
• Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.
• Opt out any time: reply STOP to cancel text messages. You'll receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Note that opting out means you will no longer receive monitoring alerts by text for that number.
• Help: reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (401) 329-2144.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The monitoring service

Monitoring service itself is provided under a separate written service agreement signed by each customer — that agreement, not this page, governs the service. In plain language and consistent with it: RGB Home Solutions is a monitoring and notification service, not a guarantee. Monitoring reduces risk by catching problems early; it does not prevent damage, and alerts can be delayed or prevented by conditions outside our control (sensor, power, internet, or cellular-network failure among them). Service is month-to-month.
